I went down to my LDS and they had a pair of Scubapro Jet fins (made in the USA) for $15. I also snagged a pair of neoprene aqualung socks for $25.
I took them out for a test swim last night and they are awesome. Easy through the water, fast and powerful for surface and subsurface swimming. They are a little difficult to use when "Tarzaning".
@diverssupplypdc - I am not sure why the 47 has the gear on board because we have the ability to call an AST if we need one. My thinking is that most men where a large size sock, so a large size fin would work?
