surf doesnt matter , at vallecitos or a tid south its always pretty flat. i think the lifeguards take measurements for vis at the shores where there actually is surf. either way im bringing my board or my dive gear.
 
Looks like we'll just get light showers for the rest of today and that tomorrow we should have "sunshine along with some passing clouds" according to weather.com.

So, it sounds like a perfect day to me!
