Hola! Saturday, May 26th:

Hurricane Bud, about 700 miles south of us, has caused a lot of wave action. We found the going too rough to continue to San Pedro Island in our allotted time frame.

We ended up at Deer Island, followed by Saint Nicolas.

Air temp was 84F, Surface water was 81.0F, and @25', the water was 78.8F.

The visibility was craptastic!

About 10' at Deer Island, and 3'feet at Saint Nicolas. The absolute worse I've seen in the 12 years of coming here.

That sucks about the weather.

Weather above water was fabulous!
We made the best of it.
