Yes, it's environmentally sealed. This is the older model of the XTX-50. Differences are look, and the first stage has 1 bigger LP port for the primary.

1st stage has a 1/2 inch primary LP port, 2nd stage not reversible, slightly larger and heavier. the differences don't cause a noticeable performance difference.
