High slack tide for the jetties is 1:16 AM on Saturday and 2:17 AM on Sunday. Low tide is about 12 hours later. I don't recommend diving the jetties before low tide with the currents Panama City has been experiencing lately. After low tide, you can expect the visibility to be 5', maybe less. You're better off hitting the springs.
