OopsSo.. according to Moody Gardens, the divers were at 3 sites, 7 days of diving, and got 50 fish and 11 invertebrates. Those numbers seem pretty low. Sounds to me like Moody either is lying, or they hired some incompetent divers!
Can you get the FWC report on the collection? Do you have any confirmation from FWC that the group did indeed release some of the specimens collected immediately?
And most important, were there divers at BHB who witnessed what was going on and can refute the Moody Gardens statement?

A mutual friend of ours told me to check out Jenny‘s most recent SB post, so I did a search on Scuba Board and this is the one that came up. Didn’t even look at the gear.
The search function on SCUBA Board beyond sucks.
