PSI per minute for deviants from Liberia, Myanmar and one more country which just happened to slip my mind. The non-metric axis of evil.

Liters per minute for us normal folks.

Actually liters/minute is not comparable to PSI/minute. Liters is comparable to cubic feet. The size of the cylinder makes no difference when measuring in liters or cubic feet. However my breathing rate on an AL80 in PSI/minute is completely different from an HP119. For example, my breathing rate on an AL80 (77.4 cu.ft or 11.1 liters) might be 27 PSI/minute but on an HP119 (123 cu.ft. or 14.8 liters) it would be 19 PSI/minute. Thus the volume of the cylinder alters the PSI/minute.

If you want the equivalent to PSI/minute it would BAR/minute.
