canon housing, inon wideangle lens, inon 500w light and magic filters, also custom white balance, shot in aperture priority mode with about -1 compensation. If I had known better and could justify I would get the recsea housing instead since not having access to the rear control wheel is painful

Did you shoot with camera strobe set to off?

I cant recall the exact details but I was shooting in aperture priority with a preset at f 4.0 which would probably equal to f8 in dslr. ISO varied between 100 and 200. 2 things I wish I could change about my setup, get a better housing (not the canon one that I had) not having control over the rear wheel is painful and I can't easily shoot in manual, I should've also gotten a better photo/video light, since this inon (even though its wide) the beam is still pretty narrow. I guess when you try to save, in a long run you'll spend more :/

A video light has typically 60 degrees instead of a strobe that can get to 100-110 so is only a good set up for close up and macro
Some of your shot where you are close enough and there is good background light looks pretty good
Others show clearly the area in the center where the light works and the colours are full whilst the rest is dull
You need two of those two lights if you want to shoot some close up wide angle even if you had double power you would still incur the same problem
I was more interested in how the camera was selecting the shutter speed though, did you have spot metering or what? The information is saved in the EXIF of the pictures

Great photos, Lenny! I have the Canon case as well and find that I can use Manual settings without great difficulty, despite not having access to the wheel control. There are work arounds, that are not too difficult.

Hey so going by exif,
1st iso 200 f4 1/160
2nd iso 200 f4 1/50
3rd iso 320 f4 1/160
4th iso 320 f4 1/160
5th iso 320 f4 1/125

exposure compensation on these was -1

hope this helps
