Question Russian UGK Suit FFM Oronasal adapter?

Hello,
I recently bought a Russian UGK-3 diving suit and it has the FFM built into the suit (from what I read it's similar or equal to the VM-5 mask)
My suit came with several parts, but I was hoping it would come with a oral-nose adapter (don't know the proper name) but it came with a mouth only adapter.
I also wanted to know what the threads for the regulator are called or their dimensions

The first image is what I want, the second is what I have. I can unscrew that and replace it. I can "use" it without the mouth adapter, but the lens fog up much quicker obviously. Any idea where I can find this part?

Also, with the suit and extra parts, it came this metal thing too, any idea what is it for?

Mate they don't come with one that's why you have the magnificent windscreen wiper

Metric M36x1. Regulator (2nd stage) flange sealed by flat rubber ring.

Use anti-fog, children shampoo or simply use that nice "windscreen wiper" russians built into
suit mask.

AFAIK it's not available as spare, it only comes with drysuit.

I have seen the mask having been cut from the suit for sale on ebay
