Romblon Province has to be explored

We are looking for interested people to come and explore our islands offerings for scuba diving, and people to capture video and pictures for us to show the world what we have that is on offer.

I was planning on visiting Romblon during my 2nd trip to the PI in 2009 but never received a response back from the dive op there. The name was something like 'Copacabana.' Are they still in business? What other alternatives are there for diving in the area?
