I seem to recall that Poseidon does not provide regs for Rodale's to test. I know that Rodale's tested Poseidons last year--went out and bought some. They got a pretty poor score on breathing resistance--2 joules as best as I can remember--while the new Scubapro mk25/s600 got the lowest score of any reg ever tested: 0.8 joules. I've tried the mk25/s600 regs on some 200 ft dives, and they are truly stunning, and are, as an aside, the first regs that I am aware of to be offered for use with 100% O2.
I'm not trashing Apeks or Poseidon; both have excellent reputations.
I tend to rely upon Rodale's tests. Lets not forget that before they started these tests, only the military had this information.
