I find my BC in the market has the Upper right-hand dump valves. I have a SeaQuest ProQD+, the feature is there.
I gotta Suunto Pro2000 with a right shoulder dump. Its great! Use it all the time.

The 2005 models of the Balance and Libra from SeaQuest both have the right shoulder dump as well.
Sherwood Avid has it.
