I'm so happy with my new strobe :)

Here's the Harlequin shrimp from Richelieu Rock, Thailand.

I can't pick a favorite! The porcelin and soft coral crabs are amazing, I love the two White-Eye Morays together, and the colors of the Frogfish (Anglerfish) are too cool!

You might want to come over to Digital Diver and show these there.

ps....I love my Clownfish!

I have been looking for a while at adding a YS90DX to my Oly D-40 PT-012 combo. You just helped me remember why... As soon as I replace my old beater drysuit, I'll be saving for a strobe.

I remember a few years ago when I told my wife that diving would be relatively cheap once I got my basic (BC, regs, suit, etc...) gear. I'll never live that down...

Oops! I accidentally opened a new thread to reply to Juv's YS90DX stobe pics. Can a moderator throw this into the correct thread for me?

Thanks, Dee.

juv,

Where did you find the harlequin shrimp? What depth?

Nice shots!

Dee,
Glad you love the clownfish. Here's Tomato clownfish to thank again for all tips.

Crab,
I'm sure you won't be disappointed with this strobe.

TJO,
My dive leader spotted Harlequin shrimp right after we reached Richelieu's southern pinnacle base at the depth of 26.6 m. Actually there were three of them having their delicious breakfast (Sea star) inside a very small cave. Unfortunately, I could focus only one :(

Are you planning to dive the Richelieu Rock?

Juv...The anemone tips are so interesting....one is a peace sign

And those Harlequin shrimp always look like prize fighters!

Thanks for the photos

Juv,

I guess you were diving with Ali looking at all the soft coral crabs!

I was on the Panunee a couple three weeks before you.

Great boat.
