I'm looking at the possibility of getting some RG2500s for my doubles. Since the RG3000 is now out, is there any real benefit with going with the newer 2nd stage? I already use an RG2500 on my deco bottle and am quite happy with its performance.

But in all honestly, will the newer model breathe better, or are the adjustment knobs just more streamlined and convenient?

thanx

Hi,

The RG2500 is virtually the same as the RG3000. The 3000 has more ergonomic knobs for those who dive with gloves. There is no difference in the way they perform.

Hope this helps!
