The Trident A149 might also work with adjustable orifice.

Here's (tentatively) the Aqualung 2nd stage seats chart, thanks to herman for the input.

I'm not sure if the 106738 are the same as the 108510.
Also: it appears that all Apeks use the AP2034. Does anyone know if the Trident A148 fit, or are there alternatives?

The Trident A149 might also work with adjustable orifice, possibly requiring a small modification in AL's adjustment procedure.

The low pressure seat I use in my Scubapro 108, 380 and air2 is the Trident #AA88

I suspect that you could probably get away with at least 2 of the Trident offerings (AA88 or A119) and even the thicker seat (A149) would work OK with an adjustable orifice. We are talking only .005 inches difference (.267 vs. .272) in diameter. Greater difference in thickness but the adjustable orifice would compensate. I use 1/16 inch material which is .0625 inches matching the A149 and my measurement of the SP original seat with my cheap caliper is .06 by .27.

When I first bought my material and punch, I eyeballed the diameter and decided on 9/32nds which seems to be working fine although the seats are a little tight (probably a good thing as I don't use any adhesive). Looking back, M-C also offers a 17/64ths punch which would probably also work but might require adhesive to keep the poppet from slipping out of place if the purge is pressed all the way down when the reg is not under pressure.

Mares measurements are coming.... the "pucks" are waiting patiently for me to measure them, but I've "mislaid" my caliper

I needed an excuse to get a better caliper anyway .... and it will give me time to confirm part numbers & 2nd stage models....

Hi Zung,

I bought a new digital caliper

The following Mares 2nd stages use a “puck” type soft seat with the following dimensions:

Diameter: 7.22 mm or 9/32"
Thickness: 2.05 mm or 5/64"

The current Mares part number is 46184062.

My Mares Abyss manual lists the number without the 46- prefix, but I am pretty certain it is the same seat.

From my manuals, this will be the correct seat for all of the current Mares 2nd's, and apparently all of the recent Mares 2nd's for maybe the past 15 years or so?

The following Mares 2nd's use this seat:

Carbon, Abyss / Voltrex, Prestige, Proton & Proton Metal, Rebel, Axis, Ruby, Orbiter, Epos, Akros, TI Planet, Epos, Nikos, XTR, XL.

I do not have manuals or parts numbers for the older Mares 2nds (Mares Navy, etc.). I'm not sure if they use this seat.
