Primas..Yes, as was said the lobster and coconut ice cream will not let you down.

Also, I've never missed Poncho's when I have been to Coz...even if it's for a few hours off a ship. :eat
 
If I could only have one meal while in Cozumel I would probably select Guido's, but they are a little bit pricey. Excellent, but not cheap.

I have only eaten at Casa Denis once, and it was good food for a reasonable price as I recall. My memory is vague because it was okay, but not overly memorable.

Believe it or not, I had some really good meals at the Hotel Flamingo on Calle 6. I have stayed there a couple times, and we got lazy and ate there a couple times on our last visit. The owner Tom is really trying to get it established as a hot spot. He has a cook that makes some very tasty stuff for a decent price.

For lunches, I know a couple real good places, recommended by locals.
