I contacted Scuba Club in Cozumel, but they do not allow multiple night dives because "the shop closes at 6PM." @Doc Harry
LOL
Just pull as many tanks as you need for night shore diving before 6 pm. Put the tanks in your locker if you wanna get paranoid. Dive all night long if you want. I've done multiple night dives at Scuba Club over the past 20 years. I like to go out right at dark, and then jump back in for another night dive at around 10 pm. In April we had a group and pulled 10 tanks before 6 pm.

Can you recommend a particular resort please? I just checked the website of two Bonaire resorts (there's many), and they don't mention night diving.
Bonaire is more about renting a truck and go where you want when you want. They have drive through tank service, so you don't need a resort. My last trip, we rented an airbnb which had its own private water entrance. We did a few night dives from the airbnb. We also drove to some sites and did night dives, such as salt pier. The benefit here is you aren't stuck at an AI which has limited beach diving choices.

There are of course resorts in Bonaire which are positioned right in front of named dives sites. For example, Capt Don's and the resorts north and south of it.

I've been to Bonaire 3 times, so I don't really feel the need to stay at a resort.

Getting a rental car while staying at a dive destination resort? Hmm interesting, I hadn't thought of that. I'll keep that in mind! I wondering if the resort, which I would likely be getting the gear from, would have hesitations about me bringing their gear off-site. I guess if I'm renting it, it shouldn't be a big deal.
If you get a truck, skip the resort, get tank service and they'll also rent you all your gear.
