Reliable camera repair service sought

My ZS3 will only shoot video in 16:9 aspect regardless of what display reads.
All functions in still work fine...but it seems stuck/frozen in video 16:9....tried all the reset drills...no change in behavior...Panasonic wants to charge me $192 for a refurbished unit...ooowchhh...any recommendations for a repair guru who can fix this?

This is one of the problems with Panasonic and with Sony too. Very few repairmen work on them because parts are impossible to get. You almost have to go to factory service.
