I have found some good deal for used mk25evo+a700 and have bought it.
Now I'm wondering whether it's cover can be replaced to carbon cover. Is there option to buy only front cover, black or carbon for a700?
I think the original cover is too shiny :)

Also I have heard some weird theory from some experienced tech diver, that tech divers upgrade this cover to plastic, in order to be noticed of some strong break, if happens, because the metal cover is to strong to show some breaks, but inside it could be broken. Nonsense in my opinion.

Check with a SP dealer. I don't know why you would want the tech black cover instead of the one you have now. The carbon cover is a maybe if it actually reduces the weight by a noticeable amount.

The "weird theory" is a bunch of BS.

Do not want to attract too much sea life. I have dived with sharks recently, and one of them was really interested in me, I think it was because of my strong torch. So I think this bright cover can attract some extra fish, with it's reflection. Not that it is a problem, just wondering.
