Nice, does your pump use 0-12 volts or needs a PWM signal?I messed up finding an adhesive that would work with the "bubbler", but the build went well otherwise.

The box is gasketed, so port on "bottom" is air exhaust off pump. top left side is power port. The bottom left side is the tubing vacuum line connection. Front left is the "bubbler"/balancer, and front right is the speed control.

Your motor only needs a variable DC power supply. The controller you have is for a motor that needs a PWM output. Have you tried it?PWM? No idea... It is this one:

I have run it with 6v and 9v transformers. I also have a 12v I haven't tried....
