I would look at the whole system and why the tank is so high, a good weight check and moving some weight around may solve the problem. My buddy has a ScubaPro with a right angle and the clearance difference would be minimal (I have the Sherwood), and thinking about it, your head would hit the top of the angled portion sooner. For the moment try turning the tank 90degrees.

If you tune them, any second I've had will work with any of my firsts.
