What other "conditions" were you talking about??

Do you have any requirements on how often the regulator must be serviced by ST?
Like the annual requirement for the Scubapro USA "parts for life" feature?

Added question: Do you sell used regulators with the same service offering?

We really don't sell much used stuff... once in a great while when we replace class gear... but not too often... And yea, if the manufacturer says it has to be a year... then we're following their rules. The main problem is, I've had people bring in a reg for service that hasn't been cracked in 5 years... then the corrosion is so bad inside, the thing is a bear to take apart and get cleaned up. Even Scubapro gives us a lot of leeway in the 1 year thing... if it's 13 months, 14, 15... cool... If it's 2 and half years... they won't give us the parts.
