I have a MTM e.motion and BZ200 I wasn't given an option, didn't know there was with MTM, of regular or slim fit so no idea what I ended up with. But what ever it was it fits great. They cut the suit to match your undergarment so they will fit together very well. Maybe you could ask your dealer? Good luck.
