regional scubaboard.com member meetings

Seems to be that across the globe, many scubaboarders are meeting up for dive weekends and trips. Recently I was part of one of those and noticed afterwards than many people missed us because our group blended into everyone else. Would any of us have access to banners to post up for meetings like this, so members can easily locate each other?
