I have the S600 with the extended T and I love it. It does route the bubble closer to your ears but if the sound of bubbles don't bother you, it works.
The entender was never released in the US, in fact the LDS's all told me the thing didn't even exist! So look at some of the online shops in Europe. I got mine from Tze here on SB. Do a search in the reg. forum and you'll find lots of info on this whole subject.

Wow, I gotta get one of those! I can't hear anything much down there anyway, in a 7mm hood, so who cares if it's closer to my ears...
