Heres an idea: get a 13cf or so and mount it like a canister light. It will be out of the way and not cause much drag. Yes, it's falls in the 'why stop there when you can get a 30cf' catagory but you can't really put a 30 under your arm.
I guess it would really depend on the type of diving you're doing.
