Red Sea, Umkomaas, Galapagos from Singapore

Hi,

I am planning a two weeks dive trip next year, around May to July period. I am looking at either the Red Sea, Umkomaas (South Afica) or the Galapagos. As I am from sunnny island Singapore, getting to these places is very expensive. I need some advice from anyone of this part of the world that has the experience to tell.

Some questions:
getting there: airline + est. rate
accommadation: resort + est. rate
diving: dive shop, LOB?

Any other advice & recommendation will be well appreciated.

When I went to S Africa 2 years ago, I flown MAS from SIN -> KL -> Jo'burg and then from Cape town -> KL -> SIN. Think it was about SGD1,300 because MAS was having an offer. Otherwise it would have been around SGD1,600 or more.
