Recommended PADI Instructor in Key Largo?

I am planning to go down to Key Largo in mid-September. I will be diving alone so I thought I would enroll in a PADI Wreck Diver course. Can anyone recommend a great instructor?

James Blackman of Miami Technical diving does a lot of his instruction in KL. Although technical diving is his bread and butter, he teaches recreational stuff too. Although he teaches through SDI.

I think pretty much any restaurant you go to in Key Largo will have at least one on the wait staff who is free during the daytime.
