Recommendations for thick-soled wetsuit booties for rough terrain shorediving?

These are what I wear with a wetsuit. I have the same in low tops that I use on the boat deck.
I have been using them for years and they hold up very well.

Can these be used for recreational diving with RK3 fins? Are the in-soles comfortable? I have sensitive feet and struggle with most dive shoes that I've found.

You can use them for anything you want, they are just shoes. The insoles are thin rubber so that they dry quickly. They wouldn't be comfortable standing around on concrete all day.

I thought about those but they actually have pretty thin soles for what I was wanting.

As for me, I ended up going with the Henderson Aquatics 3mm Thermoprene Low Top Boot, which fit my needs perfectly -- the sole has a layer of felt and a firm layer you can hear when you knock on the sole. It protected my sensitive feet from pain during some rocky Bonaire shore entries, while still fitting fine in my normal fins. I liked the low tops that covered my ankles but could still be pulled on and off relatively easily, with no zippers, but did not cause my wetsuit legs to retain water when exiting a dive.
