Have stayed at Nos Krusero twice recently and enjoyed. Have also stayed at Blue Bay and the Sea Aquarium. All were nice. Nos Krusero is quiet at night but the diving there is superb. You will need a car for sure anywhere you stay in Westpunt. Willemstad is my favorite Caribbean city - nothing else compares. European, clean, safe and worth a walk around. Cheers.
