good 'ol Southern California beaches! I've used it in many other beaches all over the world, works great!
Well, my personal experience with Orange County sand was not as enjoyable, but having some wheels on a tank boot would be very helpful for such things as taking the ferry to Catalina Island--they get $15 for an AL80 but I forgot to ask how much for a fill so it might not be worth taking a tank anyway unless you are doing one dive.
