I cannot tell you how much it made my day to see this. I started reading those literally when they came out. Piping the backups to /dev/null to make them run faster.
And I still have no clue what they mean. I'm not one of the cool kids. My programming days stopped when we stopped using copycon.

Knowing what those mean doesn't make us cool kids. It makes us the nerdiest of the nerdy ones and old. Half my IT career was on operating systems that don't exist anymore and I'm not talking old versions of Windows.

This isn't programming, it is when you get sucked into system administration and find out you're good at it. And that's when you start to really hate people.

As a brand new diver who just discovered this amazing resource, it was tough. I had to resort to YouTube and Reddit. Glad to be able to dive back into the rabbit hole!
