Small high frequency transformer...????

Like a high frequency inverter does it... that's 12v to 120 v that's more than double the voltage.
Just thinking

Just thinking

I can ask my drives guys how they do it, but I believe there is a voltage doubling circuit when the power goes from AC-in, to the DC bus.
