Could you share any updates on transmitter compatibility? Specifically, are there any third-party or lower-cost transmitters confirmed to work iX3M (2), since the original transmitter is quite expensive? Any details on supported models, required firmware versions, or planned official compatibility updates would be very helpful. I heard that the SEAC GURU transmitters (half the price of RATIO) are supposed to be compatible. Does anyone have experience with them?

1. The one you referenced appears to be compatible, but I don't know for sure if that's true. I can only judge by appearance.

2. This transmitter is not listed on the current SEAC website. However, there is another type of transmitter on SEAC's website. This leads me to believe that the GURU transmitter is end of life (EoL) with SEAC. The prices you saw are most likely clearance prices and not the normal price for a current product.

Right, seems to be a rebranded iDive. Too bad.

So you know what transmitters are working with the Ratio? (Except the Ratio one)

Did you try other?

No, I don't know. I have only used the Ratio brand. I had to search for the SEAC one after he mentioned it. I know that SEAC used to license Ratio computers with their accessories a few years ago, but I have no direct knowledge of any details at all. Just what I knew from years ago, and the search I did today.

It sounds like an awesome deal, but what concerns me about the EoS SEAC GURU transmitters is the availability of support from Ratio or SEAC if they are to be used with Ratio computers, their version, and how updated they are. I believe that Ratio made some reliability enhancements to their transmitters that may not be reflected in the SEAC ones (I am not certain of this information, however).
