Hello, hoping someone has an answer to my question. Recently while in the western caribbean, I brushed my knee up against some coral, which was similar looking to a brain. At first it just felt like the coral had scratched me and when I reached down to touch my knee I felt a slimy residue that must have rubbed off on me as well. This happened almost two weeks ago, and I still have a rash which is raised, and almost mimics the shape and detail of the coral. It itches and has not really began to go away at all. Any advice? Thanks in advance for any help you may have!

When I was diving in Mexico this summer the same thing happened to me except it spread all over parts of my legs and arms. Someone told me it was Sea Bathers Eruption. This article helped....How to Get Rid of Sea Lice | eHow.com
It was really itchy but it went away after a few weeks. Good luck!
