It’s tough not to get excited when you see (and video) a manta mating train; part of the manta mating ritual, since “courtship rituals and actual mating events are relatively infrequently observed…”.[2] As you can imagine, when we caught this on our GoPro we were ecstatic. To be truthful, while we weren’t certain what we were watching, we were awestruck!
