Question for instructors. How do you rank Scuba Specialties in the order in which they are demanded? We are not ranking them based on which has the most value but which is the most wanted by the customer. Thanks.

Nitrox, Fish ID (with REEF certification added), Coral ID, Deep, Self-Reliant, Search and Recovery, Navigation, PPB.

Yes, AOW is much requested, but in the PADI system is not a specialty, nor is Rescue.
Yes you are right, it was the most requested next course not specialty after Nitrox [when EAN started to catch on]
Crossed over to NAUI from PADI in 1991, way out of the loop as to PADI courses and specialties.
I will try again: Nitrox [course] then Night , Advanced Scuba Diver [course] then Deep Diver after Advanced.
EAN is a course and not a specialty now with NAUI, had a lot of trouble getting approval for Nitrox in Australia when it first started here.
So what was it like in the US ?
