A little late i know but I wanted some opinions on the 2 liveaboards left with open spaces for the Raja Ampat area for Oct 30-Nov 11 2018.
MV empress - MAUMERE - ALOR - BANDA SEA - AMBON (MAUMERE - AMBON) 10 NIGHTS - 26 dives
MV Putri Papua - RAJA AMPAT (SORONG - SORONG) 10 NIGHTS - 36 dives
My question is I'm not sure if the Empress actually stops by the Ring of Fire so it wouldn't be that great of a dive route since its only 10 days. In regards to the Putri Papua, its 36 dives but because of the price, it might not actually go that far out so the diving might not be that great?
Would like anyone's thoughts on what choice to make. I'm an exprienced travel diver with 300+ dives across the Carribbean and Asia althought first time in Raja Ampat.
