Racine Quarry - Winter Dives?

Does anybody know if Racine Quarry is open to dive? If so, hours, conditions? I found something online that says they're a winter spot and open for ice diivng, but it wasn't a very "reliable source" according to my university education.

Or any other "winter" diving spots - since quarries are closed.

I don't think there is any diving allowed at Racine anymore. I could be wrong. Haigh Quarry will be open for ice diving the weekend of Feb. 18 & 19 if the weather cooperates.

If you're looking for ice diving, our club is doing Lannon later this month.
