Hi everyone, I have a few questions. Thanks in advance for any responses

1) I'm not always successful at getting my UWL-04 (S-90/FIX housing) WAL to focus. I use manual mode with auto focus and macro. Usually I just release and try again and it sometimes works. Anyone else note the same? I scoured the latest S90 threads going back about a year but didn't see any discussions on this. I also have read most of the threads and uwphotographyguide.com, but may have overlooked this bit of info.

2) Anyone know a good way to ensure I have good color prints? Mine always come out dark although I have what in my judgment are good exposures. Now, I use CVS and Wal-Mart. Anyone else use the drugstores or Wal-Mart and get good results - or do you have to find a quality printer?May be another lesson to me that you get what you pay for.

I believe my monitor(s) are calibrated, as the pictures seem close on my laptop, it's side monitor, and my work computer. Any good tool recommendations for calibration? I considered calibrating to a picture I had printed, but I'm then only guaranteeing I'll calibrate to their printer and not the actual color - their printer may be off.

3) Has anyone found a good reference for photo workflow/backup? I know this can get highly personal and specific with regards to backup needs and personal preferences.

4) Finally, I'm looking for a good place to find small padded bags for my camera gear. I have a hard travel case, but I'd like to find some custom size protective bags for the strobes (long narrow one), the dome lens, housing, etc. I thought I was paranoid about wanting this until in Turks and Caicos some porter threw my photo travel case on the ground. (I usually don't want anyone touching my bags , but this guy grabbed it from the back of a taxi before I could go back there to get it myself.).

Thanks again for the help..
