Questions on a couple of hotels

On our previous trip, we stayed at the Plaza Resort, but we are Considering Den Laman or Buddy Dive for a trip in Feb. Both have good reviews, and have special packages during that time period.

My question for those who have stayed at either concerns size and number of beds in the rooms. At the Plaza we had two queens (perfect), Den Laman and Buddy Dive seem to be set up for couples with a king in the single rooms. Can anyone confirm or correct this impression.

I am posting this from one of the 1 bedroom units at Den Laman. This is our second time here and we love it. The units have either 1 bdr or 2 with 1 large bed only perfect for couples. large living room/dining and balcony and a full kitchen. The studio units are much smaller. you might be able to get a fold out bed if you need to bring a child.

Thinking more of a dive buddy that I will share a room with, but not a bed.
