The official Missouri fishing regulations page reads like stereo instructions. I was told by a friend that the only spearfishing allowed in Tablerock on the Mo side is for non game fish like carp and gars. I tried to look it up but was unable to. Is this true?
The Arkansas regs only prohibit large and small mouth bass, but allow spearfishing of other decent fish from June or July through March, depending on the type of fish.
