I have a LargeKing Cat 360 on the way, and would like some thoughts from you owners about your choice of footwear with this DrySuit.

The attached socks are 3 mm I believe and am wondering to what size they are MFG'ed.

Also how your normal shoe size (say tennis shoes) compare to what you use over the suits socks....... and do you also wear another type of sock inside the suit ?????

And how all this affected the "size of the shoe" be it wetsuit type, Converse or someother brand compared to your normal street shoe size ???

Thanks for your input on this thread !!!

Regards,
Bob C.

Hi Bob,

Congratulations on your Cat360 purchase!

The socks that come standard with the suit are constructed from the same Quadflex material that the actual Dry Suit is made of. As the Cat360 is a membrane suit, the appropriate thermal protection must be worn underneath. We include a 3mm neoprene sock with every Dry Suit package just for this prurpose but any thermal sock will do.

If you purchased the full package you will recieve a pair of EVO3 boots to be worn over the sock. The general rule is to wear 1 size larger than your normal shoe size. So if you wear a size 10 shoe, you would select a size 11 boot. Follow this rule with whatever footwear you decide to wear over the sock.

I hope this helps and if you have any further questions please feel free to PM me.

Cheers,
