Recently took sunset cruise out of Fripp Island and captain pointed out a deep hole out in the sound between Hunting Island and Fripp. Said it was over 100 ft deep and use to have upsurge of fresh water to the surface. Now the fresh water doesnt make it to the surface. Im wondering how large the hole is and if anyone has explored it. Anyone know about this place?
