Has anyone dove twin lakes lately?

Yes, just last weekend (and numerous times this year so far).

And I'm going to guess at what you will ask next (if you ask):

Between 5-12'.
Still around 60-65 deg. There is still a thermocline near the bottom.
Max 40-45'. The levels are low.
It gets crowded in the afternoon when the triathletes take over, but in the morning SCUBA rules the park.

:D

Dove twice at twin lakes today (sunday) [tommorow monday at fred has toyota world].

The levels ARE low. Me and my dad have gone there numerous times to go to the very bottom of the lake to find junk that people drop (and if not that, a lot of little gas holes). We used to find a very muddy and murky max depth of 51. Lately, 42 seems to be the deepest spot we can find.

Today, dive one was down to a max depth of 39. Temperature down there was 64.
