Quattro excel fins

Thinking on buying a pair of Quattro Excel fins. Would they be any good for a new diver? Anyone have any experience with this type?

Any information would be great.

They are one of the fins that people rave about. There are those that favor other, different style fins, but there is a sizeable number that swear by the Quattros.
