View attachment 441174 View attachment 441172 Agreed. Prices will always be high for good properties that will sell to a very limited market. Dogs are near impossible to travel to caymans and electricity is expensive. I like the Florida Keys but the cost was too much for what you get. However, there is a nice ranch for sale in Brac right in front of the Aquarium dive site in west end, less than 240 us and it has the best view of Little Cayman... it’s survived all the storms and just needs some cosmetic attention. Walked out to the tide pool and found these .. the Brac is still a healthy reef system
Got a link?

West End Cayman Brac
Motivated seller. Make offer. The dive site in front of the house is phenomenal. Cute house and beautiful lot
Hmm. Why did I ask? Now the wheels are spinning. LOL. Thanks!

Thanks @vincent54

Many nice properties on Cayman Brac, many prices seem quite reasonable. I bought a townhouse in SE FL at the bottom of the market in 2011 that has been wonderful, easy and cheap to get there from Philadelphia. I'm there now just after 8 inches of snow and single digit temperatures at home. Great diving, but not Cayman Brac.

To get another picture of what's available, go to the Cayman Islands public multiple listing service

The Cayman Islands Largest Real Estate Portal - Welcome to CIREBA

Enter the island name in the location field, and chose residential property type

On CB there are 9 residential properties listed for sale - prices are between $110,000 and $318,900. Sounds like a bargain to me.

I haven't posted in a while but it's great to get back on this site Great information here. I'll just throw this out...I have a bluff edge lot (.79 acre) in Skipper's Paradise for sale. The road is paved and the electric is already in that area. The lot has 100 ft. of bluff edge. Health reasons have made it hard to get down there and our desire to build on the land is probably not going to happen. We are listing the lot for $72,000US, which is considerably lower than our purchase price. We would also look at financing the deal if the terms were acceptable. Buying and selling real estate is easier than buying an auto here in the states. Heck, my last cell phone contract was 64 pages long. The property is listed on www.islandrealty.com.ky. Kimberly and Evania are great to work with. Thank you.
