On October 20, 2012 The Broken Arrow Divers and Poseidon Adventures in Tulsa are going to have an underwater Pumpkin Carving contest. Its going to be a blast and all people are invited they will just need to register with Poseidon adventures in advance. (Poseidon Adventures - Tulsa's Center for Scuba Diving Certification, Training, and Equipment 918-749-3483). If you register in advance its only $10.00 but if you register at the lake there will be a $20.00 registration fee.
Its simple though. You bring your own chosen special pumpkin to the dive site along with what ever you decide to carve with and then at 10:00 a.m. we will begin the contest. a portion of the proceeds are going to be donated to D.A.N. So help us support them!
The contest will have various categories to be judged in as well.
We will be hosting it at Crappie Point and the bluffs located there just around the bend from the Tenkiller Scuba Park. If your interested guys wed love to have you all come out!
