Have you considered adding a booster pump to your ro system? They are widely available. You could then run a 1/4" or 3/8" water line up to the roof to fill your sprayer, or a bucket for that matter.
 
Go to home depot to the plumbing section and you will find small electric pumps. Two come to mind. One is small, about the size of a 20 oz pop bottle and has hose fittings for an inlet hose and an outflow hose. Very quiet and plenty of power. I use it to water my garden from a shallow sand point well. The other is a condensate pump used for HVAC drainage, this might be harder to hook up because of lack of fittings. You could rig up a shower head for each panel and just wash them from the ground more often. Ladders are dangerous especially with wet feet and roof.
