I paid no attention to the credits to see how things were done, but as I watched I was pretty sure what I was seeing was not filmed by a crew following a miniscule fish as it went from location to location during the first months of its life.

This made for a nice break from all the COVID news that has dominated our lives for so many months.
Although not as scientifically oriented as some of the stellar work done by David Attenborough, the underlying message of protecting our oceans is essentially the same.

I enjoyed it, beat watching some of the drivel that passes for 'entertainment' today. Thanks for calling it out.
Now everytime I see a shortnose puffer, yeah, different species in the western atlantic, I think of the movie..
I have seen it. The video was good, but the voice over was horrible. And I also looked all the time if it was the same puff or another one. Some shots where taken in an aquarium, not a problem of course. But no, I cannot say it was a nice movie. It was quite boring, no nice story, but the voice over was horrible monotone.
